Boston MA Police - 01/03/1990

Dear Mr. Cohen,
As the new year is finally upon us, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your assistance in the past few years. You were instrumental in helping our department develop a reasonable time frame for the re-outfitting of City of Boston Special Police Officers, and your quick response to my uniform problems enabled me to coordinate the recent Policemen's Ball without a hitch. In addition, there have been numerous occasions in the past when you have been willing to assist our personnel with a variety of equipment emergencies on very short notice. For all your efforts, we are truly grateful.

Thank you again for all your work on behalf of the Boston Police Department, and I look forward to continuing our working relationship for many years to come.

Best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!

Sincerely,
Joseph C. Carter
Superintendent, Chief
Bureau of Special Operations

BPPA-01/16/1991

Dear Myron ,
We are pleased and privileged to have you here with us today to accept an award from the members of the Boston Patrolman's Association.  The award reflects in some small measure, our regard and appreciation for all your kindnesses and generosity over the years.

It is entirely impossible for us to spell out all you have done and contributed to the membership. To do justice to that would have required a plaque that stood six feet tall. Therefore, please accept this award knowing that it comes from out hearts. God bless you and your family, and thank you for being our friend.

Fraternally,
Donald L. Murray, President
Stephen E. O'Malley, Vice President
Joseph L. Brady, Treasurer

NH Troopers Association-1997

Dear Myron ,
On behalf of the members of the New Hampshire Troopers Association I would like to thank you for your many years of support.

In October of 1994 you were the first one to offer us aid when we had to bury Sergeant James Noyes.  Your donation of 5,000 pairs of white gloves and mourning bands was more than was ever expected.

Again in 1997 when Trooper Phillips and Trooper Lord were murdered you again came to our aid with a large donation.

We hope to always have a friend and supporter like you.  Again from the members of the New Hampshire Troopers Association our sincere Thanks.

Your Friend,
Sergeant John G. LeLacheur, Treasurer

BPPA-11/04/1987

Dear Myron ,
In times of great loss, the assistance rendered by persons such as yourself, is very welcome.  Frequently, police officers feel as if they have little support from the public.  Your actions and generosity indicates in the most positive way that there are people who really do care.

Again, many many thanks for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Robert T. Guiney, President
Donald L. Murray, Vice President
Joseph L. Brady, Treasurer
Richard S. Ingersoll, Secretary

City of Beverly-09/13/1988

Dear Myron ,
I am sending this letter to thank you for your recent kindness in supplying a badge and holder for our police mechanic that was near death. This kindness made Luigi Petrosino's last days a lot easier, he died three days after I gave him the badge and case.

The members of the Beverly Police Department and Louie's family appreciate your compassion. When Louie left home for the last day in the ambulance he asked that the badge and case be placed in his pocket, the badge and case was placed by his head in the casket and was buried with him.

The police Honor guard, Rifle Squad and bugler gave Louie a perfect send off to a great guy. Louie was a veteran of the Korean War.

Thanks again for everything and thank the Blackinton representative for their fine effort in making the badge with short notice.

Yours truly,
Gordon M. Richards
Captain, Patrol Division Commander

Londonderry NH Police-01/10/1989

Dear Myron ,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your thoughtfulness and prompt attention during my brief tenure as Chief of Police. During my twenty-eight years of law enforcement experience I have not experienced such assistance and professional attention from a vendor of police supplies as I have with your company.

Your professional service to the Londonderry Police Department has been and will continue to be warmly received here in Londonderry.

Very truly yours,

Richard J. Bannon

Lynnfield MA Police - 03/27/1992

Dear Myron ,
The other day I walked into your shop for the first time to simply by a traffic vest. I walked out of there with two pants, four shirts, the traffic vest and a great place to buy uniforms.  For fifteen years I have dreaded getting uniforms from various suppliers as it always meant poor fitting, poorly tailored garments.

I congratulate you on your operation from your abundant stock, to your skilled and pleasant seamstresses. It is such a pleasure to be fitted and have the garments worked on while present so that other changes can be made if needed.  You and your business are a welcome and needed ally to the law enforcement community.

See you soon and keep up the good work.

Vini Macchia
Identification Officer
